  15.      _i_m_g_f_o_r_m_a_t_s prints a list of the formats currently supported by the Image
  16.      Format Library and tools that use that library.

  19.      The Image Format Library (IFL) determines the supported file formats
  20.      dynamically, at runtime, by searching for a set of dynamic shared objects
  21.      (DSO's) that contain the code for reading and writing image files.  This
  22.      tool will print the list of all file formats currently available to IFL.
  23.      The following command line option is supported.
